Still no Sit-Down Restaurant?

Rumor has it that a new Best Buy will be making its home next to the new pet store in Constant Friendship. I was wondering if there had been any traffic studies of the area? That section where Lowe's is now is becoming increasingly more dangerous, and adding two box stores doesn't seem like a good idea. Also, I'm wondering what the parking capacity has to be for such huge stores. The parking lot gets smaller and smaller.

The Lowe's area is very hazardous and drivers don't seem to give anyone trying to exit Lowe's a break. A Best Buy and PetsMart will triple the traffic in that corner.

Obviously the developer doesn't care about traffic issues.

WTH? What is wrong with the Best Buy 5 miles up the road? I really don't get it. Why are there 2 Target stoes within 5 miles of each other? We don't need a Best Buy at all.

Perhaps I'm immune to the zoning signs but I don't recall seeing anything for a Best Buy or a PetSmart. I truly wish I had. Readers, let's give a big hand to those citizens that voted against the mall all those years ago. Because the current configuration is so, so much better. (Can you feel the sarcasm?) While I do feel our Target is greatly superior to the Bel Air store in all ways and I'd be sad to lose it, we didn't really NEED it. We definitely do not need a Best Buy either. As an aside, I'm wondering if they always partner with PetSmart now. They are neighbors in Bel Air and I believe in Timonium too. And, come on, where is our restaurant? Shoot, if they are going to build unnecessary establishments, give us some decent food. Give us something that looks like it may have been fresh earlier in the day.
