The Abingdon Starbucks, complete with drive-through, is now open. We'd advise making a right turn when exiting and going down to the BJ's traffic circle so you don't spill any of your $5 mocha trying to make a left turn out of there.
As we turned onto Constant Friendship Boulevard on Friday evening, I noticed the "Now Open" sign. I was squealing and shaking my finger. My husband almost wrecked. I think I might have a problem. (giggle)
I'm sure they will keep the one in the Target open. It's the same way down in Bel Air. One in Target and one in the barnes & Noble across the street. The Target one gets basically shopper traffic. Not too many who are just coming in for coffee....
I just wanted to add that it, in my opinion, it would be a good thing to support the Huckleberry's Coffee in the Weis shopping center across Route 24. They are very friendly there, the coffee is good, they have free wi-fi and free books and magazines. They also have games for the kids and comfy chairs. Check it out sometime, it's good to support a local business! -AroundHarfordCounty
